All of the following criteria is required to be included on the Northbridge Vietnam Memorial:

• Entered active military service while a resident of Northbridge.

• Served at least 90 days active duty* with at least one day during the Vietnam Era as described by the Department of Veterans Affairs: August 5, 1964 (February 28, 1961 for Veterans who served “in country” before August 5, 1964), and ending May 7, 1975.

• Discharged under Honorable Conditions.

A DD-214 or DD-215 is required to verify the above. In the event that the home of record is not listed, verification of residency can be obtained from the Northbridge Town Clerk’s office. In any event, we will use all resources available to confirm eligibility.
